Our No Fix No Fee Policy means that if Australian Computer Doctors cannot determine the cause of your computer or software problem, or suggest a suitable solution to resolve it, you don’t pay anything. This applies even if we’ve attended your home or office — giving you complete peace of mind.
Sometimes, the solution to your issue may involve the need to purchase new hardware or software, and in these cases, we will explain your options clearly before proceeding. If we identify a fix and you choose not to proceed with our recommendation, standard service fees will apply.
We want all customers to feel confident when calling us for help. If our technician genuinely cannot diagnose the issue or suggest a viable path forward, the service is provided free of charge. However, Australian Computer Doctors will determine at its sole discretion if a case qualifies under this policy.
