That’s why we’ve built our reputation on providing expert computer support at fair and transparent prices. Since our founding, we’ve helped thousands of everyday Australians with everything from virus removal to home network setups, all with a strong focus on friendly service and honest advice. Our experienced technicians come to you when it’s convenient, and we never charge extra for same-day service. We also offer secure remote support as a fast and affordable alternative for many common issues, giving you even more flexibility. Whether you need help with a slow laptop or setting up a smart device, we’re here to make tech stress-free and cost-effective.

Our Pricing Structure

• Minimum Charge: 1-hour minimum fee
• Billing Increments: Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour if needed
• No Hidden Fees: No call-out fees, no travel charges, and no extra cost for same-day service
• Technician Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• Bank Transfers
• Cash (for on-site services)

Payment is due upon completion of the service.

No Fix, No Fee Policy

If our technicians are unable to diagnose the issue or suggest a suitable solution, you won't be charged for the service. However, if a solution is provided and you choose not to proceed, standard fees will apply. Please note that assessment fees for data recovery and hardware repairs are not refundable under this policy.
